How it works

  1. Send the request below, or call / WhatsApp: city, locality, work, number of workers, date and days.
  2. We call you back to understand the job and confirm availability.
  3. You agree the daily rate and timing before anyone is sent.
  4. Workers or a labour contractor from our network reach your site; you pay as agreed.

Availability depends on the date, location and number of workers. We confirm on a call before anyone is sent; nothing is booked until you agree the rate and timing.

कैसे काम करता है: फ़ॉर्म भरें → हम कॉल करें → रेट और समय तय → मज़दूर साइट पर।

Wages and safety

Daily wages are agreed with you before work starts. They must not be below the statutory minimum wage notified by the state labour department (Haryana for Gurugram and Faridabad, Uttar Pradesh for Noida and Ghaziabad), which is revised from time to time.

SiddhiSadan does not send anyone under 18. For construction, height or demolition work, the site owner or contractor must provide safety gear (helmet, gloves, safety belt where needed) and safe working conditions.
