About the role

SiddhiSadan is hiring Marketing Field Executives across India for real estate — rental properties, owner listings, construction, renovation and property-care services.

This is a full-time field role. You will meet property owners, brokers, societies, vendors and walk-in enquiries in your city, generate listings and buyer/tenant leads, and represent SiddhiSadan on the ground.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Male and female candidates may apply. You should be based in any major Indian city and willing to travel locally every day.

Key responsibilities

Do daily field visits to property owners, brokers, societies, builders and local markets in your city Source rental and sale listings and upload complete property details to SiddhiSadan Generate tenant, buyer and renovation/construction leads through on-ground marketing Distribute SiddhiSadan collaterals, QR codes and WhatsApp enquiry links in high-footfall areas Follow up leads on phone and WhatsApp until the owner or customer is connected to the desk Build a local network of brokers, vendors and referral partners Share a daily activity report: visits, listings sourced, and leads generated Represent SiddhiSadan professionally on site and at local property events

Requirements

Education: 12th pass or graduate; pursuing graduation is acceptable Experience: 0–4 years in field marketing, real estate, or sales — freshers welcome Must be comfortable with full-day field work (not a desk-only role) Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence strongly preferred Fluent Hindi; working English for WhatsApp and listing notes Smartphone with WhatsApp; able to share photos, location pins and daily reports Based in any major Indian city; local travel required every working day Male and female candidates both encouraged to apply How to apply: submit the form on this job page with resume, city and mobile number
