How it works – कैसे काम करता है

1. Send the request below, or call / WhatsApp +91 94668 46877: city, patient's condition, staff type, shift and start date.
2. We call you back to understand the patient's needs and suggest a nurse, caretaker or ayah.
3. We share the staff member's name, ID and qualification or experience; you agree the shift and charges before joining.
4. The staff member joins at home; you can reach us on call or WhatsApp for any change or replacement.

SiddhiSadan arranges staff through our team and partner nursing and caretaker agencies. Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad) is our head-office region, where we usually respond fastest; every other city is handled on enquiry, and we tell you plainly on the call if we cannot cover your area or shift. Nothing is fixed until you approve the staff profile, timing and charges.

Charges and safety – चार्ज और सुरक्षा

Charges depend on the city, the kind of staff (trained nurse or caretaker / attendant), the shift (12-hour day, 12-hour night, 24-hour live-in or per visit) and the patient's needs. We tell you the daily or monthly charge on the call before anything is confirmed. We do not publish fixed prices because they change with these factors.

Before joining we share the staff member's name, photo ID and qualification or experience details; please check them and keep a family member informed. A nurse or caretaker does not replace your doctor: medicines, injections, dressings and any procedure follow the treating doctor's written advice.
