Daily Wage Labour in Delhi / New Delhi – मजदूर चाहिए दिल्ली / नई दिल्ली?

Labour requests we get in Delhi

• Wholesale markets in Old Delhi and Sadar Bazar have narrow lanes; goods often move by handcart or on foot, so tell us how far the vehicle can reach.
• Goods vehicles face no-entry hours on many Delhi roads during the day, so loading and unloading work is often planned for early morning or night.
• Many DDA flats and builder floors have no lift; mention the floor so we send enough people for stair carrying.
• Industrial areas such as Okhla, Naraina, Mayapuri, Wazirpur, Bawana and Narela regularly need loading and godown labour.
• Residential colonies and RWAs may ask for worker names and an entry pass at the gate; share any such rule in advance.

Areas: South Delhi (Saket, Lajpat Nagar, Greater Kailash, Vasant Kunj), West Delhi (Janakpuri, Rajouri Garden, Dwarka), North and North-West Delhi (Rohini, Pitampura, Model Town), East Delhi (Laxmi Nagar, Mayur Vihar, Preet Vihar), Central Delhi (Karol Bagh, Paharganj, Chandni Chowk), New Delhi (NDMC area). Other localities are welcome; share the address.

How it works

1. Send the request below, or call / WhatsApp: city, locality, work, number of workers, date and days.
2. We call you back to understand the job and confirm availability.
3. You agree the daily rate and timing before anyone is sent.
4. Workers or a labour contractor from our network reach your site; you pay as agreed.

Availability depends on the date, location and number of workers. We confirm on a call before anyone is sent; nothing is booked until you agree the rate and timing.

कैसे काम करता है: फ़ॉर्म भरें → हम कॉल करें → रेट और समय तय → मज़दूर साइट पर।

Wages and safety

Daily wages are agreed with you before work starts. They must not be below the statutory minimum wage notified by the government labour department (Delhi Government for Delhi, Haryana for Gurugram and Faridabad, Uttar Pradesh for Noida and Ghaziabad), which is revised from time to time.

SiddhiSadan does not send anyone under 18. For construction, height or demolition work, the site owner or contractor must provide safety gear (helmet, gloves, safety belt where needed) and safe working conditions.
