What an inspection checks

• Seepage, damp and cracks on walls, ceilings and terrace.
• Plumbing leaks, taps, geysers and drainage.

• Society notices, pending dues and parking.

Vacant-home care

Locked homes deteriorate fast in monsoon. On a vacant-home plan we air the flat, run taps, check for seepage after heavy rain and keep the property ready for viewing or your visit.

Seasonal and move-out checks

• Before monsoon: terrace and balcony drains, window sealing, external wall cracks.
• After heavy rain: seepage, damp patches and electrical safety.
• Summer: water tank cleaning, AC servicing, pump and geyser checks.
• At tenant move-out: inventory match, meter readings, keys and pending bills, so the deposit can be settled fairly.
